The space Your newly remodeled studio apartment has a full bedroom, kitchen and dining nook, along with a bathroom. You have your own private entrance and access to our beautiful pool and hot tub. Read below for amenities included: KITCHEN Newly remodeled Kitchen with Brand New gas range, new full sized fridge, new full-sized stainless steel sink and faucet, new garbage disposal, and quartz countertops. Complete with a blender, coffee maker, and microwave, it has everything you need to cook your favorite meals. You will also find a cozy dining nook and your own full-sized washer and dryer in this space. BEDROOM This apartment has brand new flooring throughout along with a spacious bedroom, featuring a brand new full-sized Bed and new memory foam Mattress. Enjoy a flat screen tv equipped with a Fire Stick and your favorite streaming apps. You will also find a closet with storage cabinets, full-sized ironing board and hangers. The bed is equipped with additional built-in, storage drawers underneath. BATHROOM Our spacious bathroom features a vanity with large mirrors, a tub and shower. It features new flooring and a new toilet. A hairdryer, towels, and basic cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. OTHER FEATURES Your apartment includes its own a/c and heating system. It also has a first-aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers. Front door is equipped with a Smart Lock for your convenience. The hallway has a bench with additional storage space and coat hangers. POOL/ PATIO Southern California has beautiful weather year round and is perfect to enjoy your days off relaxing by the pool and hot tub. Your apartment has its own private back door leading out to the patio and pool areas. Your apartment has its own private door leading out to the patio and pool areas. *Note that your apartment is an attached ADU, meaning is attached to the main home but it is a completely separate space with own front and back entrances (think of it as a duplex/townhome). You will have access to the pool and patio amenities but these will be shared with home owner (only 2 people reside on main home). *Note that there is one dog on premises that resides with main home owner, but is quiet, well-trained and only has access to a separate/fenced private patio located on the other side of the property (will not be in shared pool area/patio). PARKING You will have 1 dedicated parking space on the main driveway. Additional parking is available on the street. *Vehicle must not leak oil to be able to park on the driveway* Other things to note CONSIDERATIONS Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 11:00am. Please let me know if you need a different time and I will do my best to accommodate. Self check-in is available. Please treat this space as you would your own.
