Nature&relax: beautiful house

This cosy house of 150m2 is located in Sant Mori, a small village at an altitude of 60 m, half an hour by car from Figueres and Girona. Our house is far away from mass tourism, so you can enjoy a relaxing stay. However, you can reach Platja de Riells in 20 minutes and you will have all kinds of shops within easy reach. Plus: private swimming pool for the summertime and a beautiful garden! With capacity for up to 6 guests, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay. The space The property has direct access from the street. However, as it is on two floors, you will have to take into account that you will have to climb some steps during your stay. As you can see in the photos, the house consists of the following spaces: GROUND FLOOR: - a lounge area with sofa, armchairs and wood-burning fireplace - the open kitchen above the living room and with a bar and bar stools - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200 and 1 trundle bed of two mattres of 80x200 that is located in a loft accessible from the same bedroom. **Please note that you will have to climb stairs to access it. -1 full bathroom -access to terrace and garden UPPER FLOOR - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200 - 1 full bathroom Highlights: the house has a large garden with a patio, a furnished terrace and a private swimming pool, where you will love the sunsets and the view! It is a warm and welcoming space, well used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have. The property does not have air conditioning but you will have 3 portable fans and 4 portable oil radiators at your disposal. Hot water is provided by a gas heater with butane gas bottles. There is also access to a PRIVATE swimming pool which is accessible from the 15th of may to the 30th of october. Every 15/20 days at about 12:00 pm, a gardener will come every Thursday to take care of the garden and the swimming pool. In July and August he will come every week. He won't bother you, don't worry :) Parking on the street is available and free of charge. *Please note that in the area, mobile data does not always work well and may also affect WiFi. Other things to note If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
