In the heart of the elegant historic center of Taormina, the Residence degli Agrumi Cedro offers a 40-square-meter apartment spread over two floors. The apartment, in fact, has a beautiful private terrace with sun loungers, tables and chairs, where you can relax or eat outdoors in an unspoiled location. The apartment is equipped with all comforts. The space The Cedro studio is a spacious apartment divided into two floors with a charming kitchen with a terrace on the second floor, including all the supplies so that you do not miss anything. It is ideal for spending relaxing, undisturbed days and for being able to rest or eat outdoors. In fact, on the terrace there are deck chairs and a small table with chairs, as well as a shower in which you can cool off. On the first floor, the apartment is equipped with a double bed and a comfortable sofa. Bathroom with shower and all additional amenities such as washing machine, satellite TV and air conditioning are already included. It also has a balcony. Bath, bed, and kitchen linens are provided. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor. Access is via stairs, There is no elevator. Access to the property and apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note The apartment is delivered clean, the final cleaning is the responsibility of the owner, but guests are required to tidy up the apartment, throw away the trash and not leave dishes and/or dishes to wash, otherwise an extra payment may be required. Check-in is guaranteed from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Parking is available (for a fee and upon request) within our property. Private parking is not suitable for large vehicles. Check-in outside of time slots will be performed through self check-in. All details will be provided after booking. The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night (children under 12 years are exempt). The fee is applicable for up to 10 consecutive nights and must be paid in cash at check-in.
