Other things to note QUIET HOURS are 10:00pm - 8:30am. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and parties are not allowed. We want our guests to have a good time but please be mindful of the noise and be respectful of our neighbors. Per Airbnb's recommendation, we have installed a noise monitor inside the house. Failure to follow the quiet hour requirements will result in a minimum $250 fine and a phone call to local law enforcement. EXTERIOR CAMERAS: We have exterior doorbells and cameras that are always on. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside home.
