The bed is a comfortable single-size Murphy bed. When not needed, the bed can be stored on the wall to create free space. The modern, compact kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, as well as cooking utensils and cutlery. Other things to note *During weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, our staff are available to respond to messages. We will reply to messages outside of business hours as promptly as possible, but please understand that immediate response may not always be possible. 【Rules and manners】 1.　 Guests staying for one month or more are required to agree to a "Lease Agreement". 2.　Self-check-in; Please come to the apartment by yourself. We will advise you on the location details and maps. For your convenience, we can arrange the apartment for late-night or early-morning arrivals with an extra charge. 3.　NO SMOKING inside the apartment nor on the balcony. Standing and smoking in front of the building entrance is not allowed as well. 4. You must separate the garbage; combustible everyday garbage, recyclables (cans and plastic bottles and glass), and non-combustible items. 5． Regardless of the length of stay, set of towels ( bath towel and face towel) is provided per guest, based on the room’s maximum occupancy. 6．If towels and linens are found to be damaged (stains, spots, etc.) during your stay or after check-out, you will be charged (~11,000 yen/piece including tax) for new towels and linens. 7.　No partying and gatherings at the apartment. 8. Utility charges and internet are included in the rent. 9. If the total amount of utilities used during your stay exceeds JPY20,000yen per month, you may be charged for the excess amount. 10.
