Welcome! Our home is suitable for your family or group of up to eight people. We are located just outside of State College, in the town of Boalsburg. Easy access to jump right on 322 and head into PSU which is only 6.6 miles (7 minutes) away. Great location and a short distance for football games, graduations and concerts at the Bryce Jordan Center! Thank you for checking out our listing! The space Our place is a tri level condo. The main floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room and 1/2 bath. The second level has a Master bedroom (king bed) and master bathroom, 2 other bedrooms (queen beds), a hall bathroom and laundry area. The basement features a living area with a tv and couch and a bunk bed (full mattress, twin mattress on top, and pullout twin trundle), and a 1/2 bath. Please see our listing photos with captions! Parking - only 2 guaranteed parking spots. One inside the garage (will only fit a small car or crossover type vehicle), and one in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed and you will be towed at your own expense. There is overflow parking in the court however, there is no guaranteed availability.
