Private stairs take you down to the sandy beach where you can relax, explore, or fish. NEW for August 2024 is a 130’ private pier. Between the open concept living room and kitchen and the extensive screened-in porches, you'll have plenty of room to spread out and find your favorite spot to enjoy the river views. The space Enjoy breathtaking big-water river views of the Rappahannock River from this single-level river cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, expansive screened-in porches, and a private sandy beach! Bedroom One: Master bedroom w/ king bed, walk-in closet, full bath w/ walk-in shower, smart tv, ceiling fan, and desk/work space. Bedroom Two: Queen bed, full closet, and ceiling fan. Bedroom Three: Two twin bunk sets, ceiling fan, and clothes hooks. Full hall bathroom with combo shower/tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with Hallman gas range/stove, large fridge, air fryer, coffee grinder and drip coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, electric griddle, and everything guests need! Open concept living room with one couch, three chairs, Frame TV, dining table, double-sided gas fireplace, and plenty of games for adults and kids. The double-sided gas fireplace provides extra warmth for the screened-in porch on cooler days and ceiling fans keep air moving in the summer. There are plenty of outdoor couches and chairs and a large teak dining table to enjoy an outdoor meal while enjoying the river views. Outside, you'll find adirondack chairs, a hammock, and extra benches. Want to make s’mores? We’ve got you covered! Choose from a Solo stove, gas Weber grill, or charcoal grill! The private sandy beach is a hidden gem! We may be biased, but the sandy beach and river views here are phenomenal and great for small children compared to smaller creeks that can have silty bottoms and lack beach space to play. New for August 2024 is a private pier for guests to use. The cottage has 4 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, sand toys, and additional adirondack chairs at beach level for guests to use. Please note that as the home is on a river bank, the beach/river/pier are accessed via stairs (45 steps). Other things to note Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels provided.
