The 220 m² house (1,200 m² including the exterior) has a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (the main double beds measure 1.8 x 2 m) and 3 bathrooms, so it can accommodate 6 adults and 2 babies. Other things to note Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with workspace, smart TV with streaming, air conditioning (5 units: one in each bedroom, in the living room and in the gym), washing machine, dryer and private gym. Outside you will find a heated pool (24-28 °C), garden, terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower. You also have access to a shared outdoor area with a covered terrace, fruit trees and olive trees. There is a parking space in the property. Pets are not allowed, except for animals under 10 kg upon request and with an additional deposit. No smoking or celebrating events. Access is step-free.
