The house has a hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 2 surfboards (take to Fire Island!), dock for your boat (or a rental boat), peaceful views from almost every room! Across the river is the Bayard Cutting Arboretum, providing amazing serene views of nature from inside house, the deck, back yard, and dock.
