This charming old and atypical country house will seduce you in any season: In summer, its beautiful garden with heated salt pool, its various unoverlooked terraces, calm and superb exposure. In winter, its outdoor spa, warm interior with original volumes, modern amenities. Its location 1 hour 20 minutes from Lyon, 5 minutes from Chauffailles train station, a village and a commercial area, makes it a preserved place with absolute calm, but not isolated! The space Located at the crossroads of the 3 departments of Rhone, Loire and Saône-et-Loire, the geographical location of this old house is ideal for enjoying multiple interests in the region: The Beaujolais Wine Route and its cellars to visit Lac des Sapins (lake swimming and organic pool), tree climbing 29 km away La Clayette and its beautiful castle 15 km away. Paray-Le-Monial 40 km away La Roche de Solutré ... The house offers an area of about 120 m². It consists of a well-equipped kitchen with American fridge, oven, built-in microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher. Additional amenities can be found in the garage, namely a washing machine, dryer, ice maker, second fridge. The living/dining room of about 35 m², offers a dining table for about 10 people, which turns into a pool table. The sofa bed can be converted if necessary. You can fully enjoy a very large 170 cm TV with Netflix, Youtube... thanks to Fiber Optic, and a Vintage HiFi system offering excellent sound. For indoor parties, many lights are at your disposal. For sleeping, there are several areas. A first space is located upstairs, about 35 m2 with two 160 cm beds plus a 140 cm extra mattress. There is a comfortable sofa with another TV area as well and a dressing area. At the bottom of the house is a second space which consists of a first bedroom of about 11 m², with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom, composed of two spaces, with two 140 cm beds. Finally, there is also a mezzanine with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a sink with two faucets and two separate showers. There are 2 toilets. All shutters are electric, the house is heated by a wood-burning stove, electric convectors, and there are also three reversible air conditioners. The house has 10 solar panels scattered across the roof. Regarding the exterior, the land is about 1200 m², and offers a very beautiful south-facing exposure, which allows you to enjoy the sun to the maximum until it sets, which is particularly pleasant! The concrete pool measures 8 m by 3.5 m and 1.40 m deep. It is salt treated and heated by a heat pump, 28 degrees constantly. It is open from early May until early October. An immersible electric roller shutter secures the space. Deckchairs, several terrace corners are available, there is a dining area that overlooks the grounds with a beautiful table, which can easily accommodate 10 people. A Weber plancha barbecue is available. We have provided enough to have fun, ping pong table, different games for the pool, mattresses and inflatable buoys. A hi-fi system is also present outside with four audiophile speakers (To be used in moderation!), with the possibility of using all music apps and YouTube from your smartphone. Finally, we have installed a premium balneotherapy jacuzzi spa, which can accommodate up to six people. This is open year-round, it has a Bluetooth connection, and light therapy system with light changes. This equipment is to be used responsibly, and with care, it will be the subject of a specific instruction manual. Guest access The house is in a very quiet hamlet, parking is available in front without any problem for several vehicles.
