Cabin surrounded by fruit trees, cherry trees, plum trees, etc. with shade for summer and wood heating in winter. It also has a swimming pool and a large park with games for children. We are 15 minutes from downtown Valdivia in a semi-rural area 5 minutes from supermarkets. You need a car to get there or walk 2 km to public transportation. There is no public transportation to the cabin's door, but all kinds of taxis do arrive. The space A rustic and cozy 2-story cabin of 33 square meters, with the master bedroom on the second floor, with a double bed and two futon beds on the ground floor, capacity for 4 people, which makes it ideal for a family. The cabin is equipped with everything you need for cooking, a kitchen, refrigerator, etc. and all the bedding, sheets, towels, etc. Guest access Common areas with small grills for barbecues, swimming pool and park, plus swings for children. Laundry services 10 kg clothes are charged an additional $5,000 with dryer service. Additional charge for more than 4 people.
