(Sometimes maps will direct you to Oak City) * This is a multi unit property across the street from the high school/and football field/ track, and a church. There can be a lot going on at times and sometimes parking is full. If this happens, please let me know and I can direct you to a private parking area. There is also a road that goes behind the apartment complex that is a private driveway and private parking area. Please take note that there is a #2 on the door(not #1) Please park in front of the sidewalk leading back to unit number two and mailbox. *NOT in front of unit #1. * Upon request a single size memory foam floor pad is available. Please let us know if you need the memory foam pad and we will place it in the unit for your use. * Please see my pictures for parking instructions, location and unit door with a #2. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTING, NO GROUPS (3 PEOPLE MAX) NO SMOKING/ VAPING INSIDE. $250 fine. Smoke by street, pick up after. QUIET10pm -7am No smoking or vaping indoors. Must clean up after your smoking. Guest access You have access to all parts of this unit. Other things to note RULES :PLEASE READ *Please take off your shoes and leave them on the rubber mat by the front door. * Please take off the decorative pillows and leave in the laundry basket while you sleep. Please do not sleep on top of the comforter and with decorative pillows. *Do not take towels or anything out of the unit for use. *Must start dirty dishes in the dishewasher, take out kitchen garbage to blue garbage bin. Its ADJACENT TO THE WHITE BRICK BUILDING NEXT TO YOU, labeled Airbnb APT #2. Looking out your front door you will see the garbage area. *PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE UNIT. Leave it nice and clean and undamaged. *Turn the temp to 70 upon exiting.*DO NOT TURN OFF THERMOSTAT. *Wash coffee pot and remove filter after use and put back dry. * clean all appliances and put back when done. * Cut food only on cutting boards and wash wood by hand. Please do not put any wood in the dishwasher. Wash pans by hand and put in drying basket on counter. Basket under the kitchen sink. * only people and number of people listed on reservation are allowed to stay in the unit. *No smoking or VAPING inside. Must smoke at the street and please clean up after yourself. *Must notify host immediately of maintenance issues. * No parties or large groups. 3 people max *Please do not turn the thermostat above 76 or below 70. *please don't eat in bed/room.
