There can be a lot going on at times and sometimes parking is full. If this happens, please let me know and I can direct you to a private parking area. There is also a road that goes behind the apartment complex that is a private driveway and private parking area. Please take note that there is a #2 on the door(not #1) Please park in front of the sidewalk leading back to unit number two and mailbox. *Not in front of unit #1. * -1 bedroom with queen bed, single size foam floor matt available upon request. Also, extra blankets for couch. -large bathroom with washer and dryer -big kitchen with dish washer -cozy front room with Roku TV and WIFI ***over week stays will have weekly cleanings and $20 exta cleaning charge*** *Memory foam floor pad for one child if needed. Please let us know if you need the memory foam pad and we will place it in the unit for your use. No smoking or vaping indoors. Must clean up after your smoking. Guest access You have access to all parts of this unit. Other things to note RULES :PLEASE READ *Please take off your shoes And leave them on the mat by the front door. * Please take off the decorative pillows and leave in the laundry basket while you sleep. Please do not sleep on top of the comforter and with decorative pillows. *Must start dirty dishes in the dishewasher, take out kitchen garbage to blue bin ADJACENT TO THE WHITE BRICK BUILDING NEXT TO YOU, labeled APT #2. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE UNIT. Turn the temp to 75 upon exiting.*DO NOT TURN OFF THERMOSTAT. * Cut food only on cutting boards and wash wood by hand. Please do not put any wood in the dishwasher. * only people and number of people listed on reservation are allowed to stay in the unit. *No smoking or VAPING inside. Must smoke at the street and please clean up after yourself. *Must notify Host immediately of maintenance issues. * No parties or large geoups. 3 people max *Please do not turn the thermostat above 76 or below 70. *please don't eat in bed/room.
