The space The house consists of SIX different units, which are separated and connected by a hallway. Each apartment accommodates two to three people. This house is perfect for family groups who want to be together yet still have their own space, as well as for school or university groups. We just want to be upfront about a few details so there are no surprises and you can fully enjoy your stay. 📍 Location & Transportation Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Even though the area is central, most guests get around using Uber, a rental car, or public transportation. • ✈️ Airport: about 5 minutes by car • 🏖️ Isla Verde Beach: about 10 minutes by car 🏠 Property & Apartment Details Where you’ll be staying, The house is 6 differentS apartment total on the property. It’s a shared space, but calm and respectful. The water heater is on-demand, meaning the water will be warm but not extremely hot. 🔌 Power Outages Puerto Rico can experience occasional power outages. 👉 The apartment has a generator, so you will have electricity during outages. 🚗 Parking Information Parking is limited and shared: • There are 3 parking spaces total for the 6 apartments, located in front of the property. • If no spots are available, street parking is allowed as long as you do not block any driveway, garage, or sidewalk. • Following parking rules helps us maintain good relationships with our neighbors—thank you for understanding. 🕒 Check-In / Check-Out • Check-in: 4:00 PM (firm) — no early check-in • Check-out: 11:00 AM (firm) — no late check-out If you arrive early or leave later, you’re welcome to enjoy nearby places. 🧺 Starter Supplies We provide essentials to get you started: • Bath towels • Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags For longer stays, guests are responsible for restocking if needed. ✅ Before Booking Please book only if you’re comfortable with all of the above.
