Modern & Stylish fully private & independent 2 beds 2 baths flat in quiet, safe & gated neighborhood. The flat is an independent floor with private entry on a 4 storey building. The space Stay includes: 1. WiFi 150/mbps, 2. Total 3 ACs in living room, and both bedrooms. 3. Smart 55 inch TV with OTTs available like Netflix, Amazon prime etc. 4. Fully functional kitchen with RO filtered water, fridge, microwave, gas and utensils, 5. Fully furnished with two Queen Beds which sleeps 4 adults, a five seater sofa and cabinets. 6. Lift access from parking level to all floors. Parking is NOT included in stay. 7. CCTV camera security 24x7, Security Guard on site night time, 8. Restaurant, pharmacy and clinics nearby within 300m. 9. Only 10 min walk from Preet Vihar Metro Station (900m), 10. Only 20 min walk from V3S Mall (1.6KM) 11. Near Max Hospital (2.5 KM) 12. Complementary Housekeeping including mopping & dusting only provided every alternate day as per guest's request. Laundry cleaning or dishes washing is NOT included. 13. Anand Vihar Railway Station is just 3.5 KM 14. New Delhi Railway Station is just 10 KM 15. IGI Airport is 27 KM 16. Any form of parties / decorations like Birthday, Wedding related events etc are not allowed in the flat. It’s for residential purpose only. 6. For checkin: Checkin time is 1pm. Gates open only at 10AM for baggage drop-off (if coming earlier than check-in time) then you can later checking 1pm. Sorry entry before 10AM is NOT allowed. Late checkin after 1pm is allowed any time of day/night. We will give gate keys to you for late checkin 7. Guests must present valid photo ID at check-in. Government regulations require every person over 18 staying at the AirBnB to carry valid photo ID. Accepted forms include Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. 8. Parking is NOT included in the stay. Reserved Parking is NOT included in our airbnb. You could use the street parking (free) but at your own liability/risk and on a first come first serve basis. There are few street parking spots on the service road available ~50m from airbnb. If you’d still prefer to park in a secured place then there is an MCD paid parking lot around 500m from the airbnb.
