The space As guests enter the home, they are welcomed into a spacious living area. The open floor plan leads guests toward the kitchen with island and stool seating. Granite counters and newer appliances make preparing meals easy. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, Keurig, blender and large toaster. The large dining table is great for sharing meals and playing games. Two of the bedrooms and full guest bathroom are located off of the living room. The master bedroom and master bath with walk-in shower is accessed from the dinging room. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and large TVs. New washer and dryer is located in the laundry closet. The covered backyard patio has a new gas grill and dining set. Additional House Rules ~Linens and bath towels are included, but please bring your own beach and pool towels. ~There is a pool alarm on the back door. This is required by code, and is in place to protect small children. Please do not tamper with it. ~ No groups over 8 people (no more than 6 adults, as the top bunk is not designed for adults) are allowed in or at the property at any time. Parties and pets are also not allowed in the property and will result in the ending of your reservation early without a refund. ~Please report any damages or issues right away. ~Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. ~There are other vacation homes in the area and also full time residents so please be respectful. ~Please text or message us if checking out early so we can give our cleaners as much time as possible to get it cleaned. ~Stays over 14 days in length need to be pre-approved before booking. We try to accommodate longer stays whenever possible. ~Relax, enjoy the beach, and have fun! Guest access Guests will have full access to home and surrounding yard. There is locked hall closet that serves as an owners closet that guest will not have access to.
