The apartment overlooks the pool and garden, and features a hot water shower and high-speed Wi-Fi. Guest access The condominium's common areas. Note: Guests will not have access to the terrace (technical area) and solarium. Other things to note 1) The fifth guest (maximum limit of the apartment) will be accommodated in an auxiliary bed (drawer bed style) below the double bed of the second bedroom, measuring 1.70 m x 0.80 m, and must be up to 12 years old, according to the condominium regulations. This rule is mandatory and cannot be relaxed. 2) The apartment has no balcony, is on the first floor and has no safety net on the windows. 3) The maximum capacity includes infants, although no additional fee applies to their stay.
