Parking is located 200 meters from the property and is available for an additional fee. The property offers a changing room outside the apartment (shower, toilet, sink, mirrors, hairdryer, towel, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner). This changing room can be used from 7:00 a.m. for an additional fee. A dedicated workspace with stable, high-speed Wi-Fi is available before check-in at no extra cost for remote work. Quick and direct access to the apartment, without long walks, ideal for taxis and delivery services. Taxi drivers will usually park right in front of the main iron gate because it is a wide street. On the second floor, there is a shared outdoor terrace with a lounge area, retractable awning, Smart TV, and a half-bathroom. This is the only area where smoking is permitted. Here, the locks are smart. Don't bother with physical keys you might lose or complicated padlocks. At our accommodation, you don't need keys, just access codes and even an RFID card for even faster and easier access. Umbrellas are available for our guests. 24/7 self-check-in. PARKING INFORMATION: The parking lot is located 200 meters from the accommodation and offers preferential rates for our guests, which can be for the entire stay or just for the nights. Street parking is permitted on the two streets adjacent to the accommodation and may be free depending on the time of day.
