For those who don't like to go to the beach, and prefer to stay in the apartment, tranquility and comfort make all the difference. Have a barbecue and enjoy a pool with your family in privacy. Other things to note We are very dedicated to delivering the apartment in good order. Everything will be prepared with great affection and designed for your comfort. We are opening our home, so that you feel like you are in your own home; The tenant, together with the rental company or a representative, will inspect all the apartment's facilities, both at the entrance and exit; Your Check-in will be done by our Janitor Silvano. He will make a checklist of the property as well as hand over the keys to the pedestrian gate, building entrance hall, automatic garage gate and apartment door. These items must be returned at your Check-out; The apartment has two parking spaces that will be informed by the janitor upon your arrival; If you need the pool to be cleaned, talk to our Janitor Silvano, who will do the cleaning. Remembering that he works for the building, you will have to wait for a time when he is available; If you need an extra maid during your stay, you can let me know in advance or during your stay. Please let me know and I will check the availability of our housekeeper. The extra cleaning fee is R$150.00, which must be paid directly to her; We do not provide bed and bath linens, we ask that each guest bring their own; We provide 1 toilet paper in each bathroom, liquid soap in each bathroom and detergent in the kitchen sink. If they run out, the guest must replace them for their own use; We ask that any item used in the house be left in the same place it was found; We kindly ask you to clean the barbecue and grill after using it, as the fat from the food sticks over time and makes it difficult to clean; We kindly ask you not to smoke inside the apartment. We have a large outdoor area for this; For now, we do not have protective screens on the windows and terraces, so please be careful with your children; The penthouse guardrails were not made to withstand weight. Therefore, do not climb, lean, or bend over them; The building does not have beach chairs and umbrellas, we ask you to bring yours, or you can rent them on the beach directly from the kiosk; At your check-out, make sure you have not forgotten any of your belongings, we are not responsible for items forgotten in the property.
