Enjoy the amazing view from the deck or through the full glass front door. Take a drive through this beautiful neighborhood and enjoy the stunning homes and country charm! It is ramp safe for grand-momma ;) , or if steps are a problem but NOT wheelchair accessible :(. . There is one step 4 inches down to the full size bed. Although this Country Cottage is on our property it is quite private and we will honor your privacy . We might wave to ya while WE are enjoying the glorious views. Enjoy the amazing oak tree near incredible deck. There are two bedrooms on either side of the near 600 sq ft cottage. Bedroom 1. includes your queen bed and twin with trundle bed. Bedroom 2. On the other side of the house there is a full-size bed. Living area has a queen bed sofa sleeper. If mom and dad are traveling with children they have the option to use the full-size bed for privacy You have the entire cottage all to yourself. You may occasionally see us outside in the distance but we will honor your privacy with a quick wave and howdy! We will get back to you ASAP . The Little Country Cottage is 5 miles south from Tyler’s own famous Fresh grocery store. A gas station and Dollar general as well as Corner Cafe is east 1/2 mile away. The fabulous outdoor mall Cumberland village (movie theater too) is a short northeast 10 minute drive. The established and growing Flint Baptist church is 1/4 mile away. The Villages Waterpark is 8.1 (10 min drive) miles away. Tyler civic Theater Tyler zoo Escape rooms Waitr app for food delivery. Park right next to the Little Country Cottage. If ya do not have a car, use Uber and Lyft as taxis are slow and no public transportation closeby. Best to rent a car. Our cottage is a lovely country pier and beam home. A quiet , rural experience in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything! Lovely neighbors who are quiet and expect same.
