The space The rental is the entire bottom floor of this beautiful home (2500sq ft) was recently remodeled with the intention to give our guests a comfortable, spacious feel, including all the amenities to keep everyone happy. Over 2 acres of yard space for the family to run and play. Full kitchen, dining room, living room with internet TV/free wi-fi. Bedroom 1: 2 queen beds, large closet, dresser (sleeps 4) Bedroom 2: 1 king bed, 1 twin bed with 1 twin trundle (sleeps 4) Bathroom: double sinks, shower, large mirror, private toilet Bonus Game Room: Darts, foosball, pool table, poker table, board games, card games Guest access Guests are allowed access to the entire bottom floor of the home. The lower west side houses the kitchen, living room, both bedrooms and the bathroom. The lower east side houses the game room, fireplace, kids cove and larger living room. During your stay We love to help guests and are always here to answer any questions or to help guide guests to their next local adventure. Our resort mountain area has vast entertainment options to keep the whole family or group pleased. My career is a ranch manger of a 750 acre ranch which includes 2 vacation properties. My 5 year tenure with this ranch has grown my knowledge of the vacation rental business immensely. Other things to note The owners live upstairs but we do our best to let the guests have their privacy. Owners use the back of the house to the south and guests use the front side facing the north, where there is the most privacy, along with incredible views. Guests please be aware that we have cattle but they are behind fences. We have chickens and they are free range while we are home, so you may see them foraging. The road to our place has three houses on it, with ours being at the end of the road. Please respect the neighbors and their property lines. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Owners provide 1 leash tie out cable for a dog.
