Between Provence and the mountains, Saléon is located in the Buëch Valley. From here, many opportunities are available to you: bodies of water 10 minutes away, climbing in Orpierre, free flight paragliding from the top of the Chabre Mountain, equestrian centers, cycling and mountain biking, hiking. If you go a little further, within an hour's drive you can enjoy Lake Serre-Ponçon, the markets of Nyons and Forcalquier, visit the city of Gap and much more. The space This new house is entirely on one level and has a fenced garden. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac 2 km from shops (bakery, grocery store and butcher), it is suitable for people with reduced mobility. It has two bedrooms with wardrobes and 160 x 200 cm beds and one bedroom with a 90 x 190 cm single bed and a bunk bed with two beds as well as a dresser. A bathroom accessible for people with reduced mobility, equipped with a raised toilet. A second separate toilet. A fully equipped kitchen: oven, gas stove, toaster, coffee makers (Nespresso, Senséo, filters and Italian) refrigerator with small freezer, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. A living room adjoining the kitchen with corner sofa, two armchairs and TV. A shaded terrace and fenced garden. Two sun loungers and a gas barbecue. A public playground is 100 m from the accommodation with ball games, swings, slide. Guest access The accommodation is totally independent. All rooms are accessible and located on the ground floor without any access difficulties. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible with rotation possible as well as the shower and toilet. Other things to note Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants or will be charged €70. Sheets are included in the rental but towels, shower gel and shampoo are not provided. Check-ins and checkouts can be arranged on a case-by-case basis as needed.
