I live in the master bedroom, while the other two rooms, including the one in this listing, are available for Airbnb guests. Each room is thoughtfully furnished to ensure your comfort, with access to shared spaces like the kitchen and living area. You'll enjoy a friendly, welcoming environment while having your own private space to relax and unwind. Guest access Guests will have access to the following spaces and amenities during their stay: -Bedroom: Private room access. -Bathroom: Shared with other guests. -Common Areas: Living room, dining area, and kitchen. -Outdoor Spaces: Backyard and front yard. Amenities Include: -High-speed Wi-Fi -TV for your entertainment (In living room) -Coffee maker, appliances, and cookware for meal prep -Washer/dryer available for guests staying 7+ days (1 load per week). Parking & Entry: Street parking is available in front of the home. A keypad code will be provided for easy self-check-in. House Rules: -My bedroom, other guest rooms, and the garage are off-limits. -Quiet hours are from 7 PM to 7 AM outside-only, not inside the house, to maintain a peaceful environment and to avoid disturbing neighbors. I just want to prevent loud parties/music that will cause a disturbance of peace. When other people are asleep in the house, just be at a reasonable volume. You don't have to tip toe around and whisper at night During your stay I live on-site and work remotely, so feel free to knock on my door if you need assistance. If I don’t respond, I may be away or focused on work. In that case, please don’t hesitate to reach out via call or text—I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. I’m happy to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay. Other things to note Guests are welcome to use the kitchen amenities and the living room TV during their stay. Quiet hours are in place to maintain peace in the community and prevent disturbances. This doesn’t mean you need to be overly cautious (Like tiptoeing around and whispering)—just be considerate of others who may be sleeping late at night. A small, friendly white cat lives in the house. I take great care to keep the space clean and free of cat hair. The cat has never been in the private rooms, and I will ensure it stays that way.
