Luxury 2 Bdrm Holiday Home Nonsuch Bay, Antigua

Located in a private very quiet gated community at Residences in Nonsuch Bay. Our luxury home has 2 spacious master suites, 2 full bathrooms (tub & showers) + 1 guest toilet, relaxing living room, dining room, & well equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, air fryer) & NEW a/c in bdrms & LR. The veranda is very spacious with an additional dining area to enjoy the stunning views & tropical breeze. Only steps to 1 of the 2 community pools & only a 5 min walk to the beach and Breeze restaurant. The space We are excited to share our family vacation home with other family and friend groups to enjoy and create amazing memories! ❤️ This is NOT a busy beach so if you’re looking for a very quiet secluded relaxing vacation to get away from it all and enjoy the amazing views then this is your destination! Located in a private (approx 40 acres) gated community at Residences in Nonsuch Bay, Antigua, our luxury home has 2 spacious master suites, 2 full bathrooms (tub and showers), relaxing living room, dining room that comfortably seats 6 (both indoor & outdoor) and a well equipped kitchen with Viking appliances (microwave, dishwasher and fridge), air fryer, nespresso, kettle and coffeemaker. We also have a washing machine AND dryer. The veranda is very spacious with an additional dining area, and also lounge chairs to enjoy the stunning views and tropical breeze. We also just installed a NEW state of the art a/c into each of the bedrooms AND the living room. We have a smart TV in the living room AND a smart (Roku) tv in the King master bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be set up as another king bed, if you choose. There is also a small futon type sofa in that bedroom that can possibly fit a kid or young adult as the 5th guest for families. Only steps to one of the 2 community pools and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the Breeze restaurant. There is approximately one flight of stairs down to enter the front door of the home. There are no stairs inside the home. A variety of excursions, including a small boat to Green Island can be booked for pick up right on the Nonsuch beach. Green island is great for snorkeling and they also have a top destination restaurant (in season and reservations required). Antigua is known as an incredibly friendly, safe and welcoming Caribbean island and boasts 365 beautiful beaches - one for every day of the year! Our wonderful greeter is also there to help you at check in with detailed information for your stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days then it is required to have a mid-stay clean at $100 USD paid by you directly to the cleaner. It’s also important to note that the private gated community is approximately 30-45 minutes from the airport which is easy to get to whether you choose to rent a car or taxi. Either way you must stop by the supermarket on the way to get food/drink supplies - there is not a store in the gated community. The taxi’s are all very used to the supermarket stop for all guests. We do also leave some coffee, tea and a few drinks and snacks for you in our welcome basket :) The beautiful Breeze restaurant is located in the community only a few minutes walk from our house - check to confirm open days and hours. If you choose not to rent a car we can recommend a great taxi driver to take you to other parts of the island and beaches - Half moon bay beach with a fab on the sand restaurant is a very short 10 minute drive and is a much see! Super easy taxi ride. Taxi prices vary but we have personal recommendations which are the most cost effective. We are a 10 minute drive from one of the top beaches on the island which is Half Moon Bay beach and Beach Bum restaurant - both are a must see! There is a $5 per person fee, per day, added which is required by the government for all rentals. Guest access Our guests have access to the 2 pools - one is located just steps from the home - and beach access also with lounge chairs and seating. Other things to note For each booking (minimum 5 nights) we donate supplies to the girls home in Antigua ❤️ or to a similar local need. Absolutely NO Parties. NO smoking. NO pets as the owners have severe allergies. The WiFi is FREE. We have the best wifi we could get but we can’t be held responsible for if the wifi is interrupted. As a side note, when there we also work from there and have never had issues. There is a security camera located OUTSIDE the front door and is on at all times. Cleaning services, as requested, are available during your stay for $100 USD paid by you directly to the cleaner. Minimum age requirement to book is 25. We may require guests to provide a valid government-issued ID in order to book and we may check the ID before check in. The community is gated and all entries are required to check in with the security guard at the gate. If you need an additional house in the immediate area for your group please let us know and we’d happily recommmed. There is a $5 per person fee, per day, added which is required by the government for all rentals.
