The daybed/sofa in the living room easily converts to a bed (approx between a full and queen size). Long-term tennants live on the entire left side of the house, and I live on the right side, with the AirBNB above my place. The unit is accessed on the right side of the house by going up a set of stairs. The unit also includes use of the patio - which includes a dining table and porch swing. (The left side of the patio is used by other tennants, but has privacy between the two) Shared laundry is available in the entry area on the downstairs level. The host is the only other person that uses the laundry, so if you need it during your stay - please just message for an additional access code.
