Family Country House with Movie Theater, Fire Pit and Pool

The space A beautiful medium-sized country house surrounded by fruit trees and palm trees. Very quiet area, you can't hear the cars or trucks on the road. It's an ideal place to completely relax. With cozy, well-designed spaces, surrounded by plants, ideal for working from your laptop, fast and stable internet or maybe you come to celebrate your birthday, we have a stereo that you can use USB or from your cell phone via bluetooth. We sell charcoal, firewood ideal for the artisan oven and brazier (campfire). Request pool games, a volleyball net for the garden and a brazier for the campfire, projector and wireless microphone for karaoke. If you wish to stay beyond 3pm, until 7pm, there is an additional cost of S/50 for the entire group. If you have guests coming to spend the day or for a birthday, the cost per guest is S/30. Guest access You can access a modern spacious kitchen-dining room exclusively for guests, pool, gardens, grill area, hammocks, artisan oven, bar where you can prepare a cocktail, it has a minibar. We have a screen, projector where you can watch movies under the stars, if you want karaoke ask for the wireless microphone. You also have access to a large clothesline where you can hang your towels, swimwear, sarongs... you can also visit the Nursery of ornamental plants and orchids. The flowering months of the orchids are from October. Other things to note I have only 2 service employees who are here from Monday to Saturday who help us with the care of the plants and cleaning of the different areas of the house. Sometimes there are mosquitoes, you can bring repellent. If you stay more than 3 nights, the service employee can clean the bathrooms, if requested at no cost. If you want to have guests during the day, there is an additional cost of S/30 per person. If you want to stay until 6pm, it costs S/.50 for the entire group.
