The space This gorgeous casita has everything you need, including a surprisingly well-stocked kitchenette with two-burner gas cooktop, two sleeping areas for a total of three guests, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and beautiful stone tile. Created by Sedona's Design Group Architects, this casita is a stunning example of thoughtful, intentional design. You will be delighted by the use of colors and natural building materials that create a home like none other! Cozy up, read a book, and open the huge windows to let the cool Sedona air flow through the home. With a ceiling that soars high above the living room, a ceiling fan, and a ductless AC/heat system, the space is comfortable year-round. Outside, enjoy the fresh air under the umbrella that lights up with solar-powered LED lights. There is lounge and dining seating for three, and a wood-burning fireplace (wood can be purchased from Whole Foods 1/2 mile away). There is also a propane grill for your use. Mature trees provide shade, and spectacular ivy grows up the walls of the casita. When you first arrive, you will park in the driveway in front of the garage, and follow the flagstone path to the backyard where you will enter the casita. The owners live in the main house that is near the garage and casita, but they do not use the casita's patio.
