Home Rules and Truths Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. Management shall not be responsible for any losses of valuables. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables and ensure that the doors and windows are locked when they are not present in the rooms. Guests have access to the pool only till 10:00 PM. We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. Pets are not allowed. Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the villa for 24 hours for security purposes. Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild insects or bugs due to the villa location. Car parking is available only in designated areas. Indoor smoking, drug use, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for any damage to property or furniture, and late check-out will incur an extra charge—half a day's rate up to 2:00 PM and a full day's rate thereafter. Security deposits are collected at check-in, and all pending payments must be made before check-in. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. The property is not responsible for legal issues or noise complaints. Swimming costumes are required for pool use, and food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area. Caretakers are available from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Pets are not allowed. Power outages by MSEB are not covered by our inverter backup, which does not support air conditioning
