One bedroom on the main floor has a king-size bed with a desk, and the other bedroom has a queen-size bed. The top floor has its own living room, work space, and bedroom with a king-size bed. The kitchen comes equipped with new stainless appliances and all the essential cookware and utensils you need to make a great meal. The newly renovated bathroom has all the necessities for your stay including towels and toiletries. Smart TVs, streaming boxes, books, and board games are available for your enjoyment. Pets are welcomed with additional fees. Please pick up after your pets and no pets are allowed on furniture. You will have access to both the front yard and the backyard. Your designated picnic table will be in the front yard, across from the front door. The above-ground pool is unheated and will only be open during the summer (June through mid-October), dependent on weather. Please note all swimming is at your own risk. Other amenities such as BBQ, ping pong table, pool, corn hole, other lawn games are available upon request. Please note guests from the basement (if any) may be seen on the other side of the yard.
