The house has been newly refurbished to a high standard; the hosts have gone to great lengths to make Beach View a home from home with comfortable furnishings and a modern living space. There is a spacious stylish living room with comfortable seating and a smart TV. There is also a separate seating area overlooking the garden and a dining area. From the garden there is direct access to the beach. The is also a BBQ available for guests for those warmer evenings too! The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, cafetiere, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster, there is also a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a games room with a 3 in one game table including, pool, table tennis and air hockey as well as a selection of board games. If you are planning on bringing bikes, paddles board or kayaks on holiday with you, then the games room is the perfect space to store these items safely. There is a downstairs king-sized bedroom and a downstairs shower room too. Upstairs there are a further 4 bedrooms, a super king bedroom and king-sized bedroom, both share balcony access overlooking the stunning views of the beach, there is comfortable seating area on the balcony, perfect to sit and have your morning cup of coffee as well a couple of sun loungers to top up your tan! There are a further 2 bedrooms one with twin beds which can be made into a super king bed (please do let us know before your stay if you require this to be a super king bed). There is also a bunk bed room with a double bed on the bottom. There is also an upstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath. Ample parking is available with this property, WIFI is included and it is also dog friendly.
