Tellaro-Unique Sea House-the Dream of Poets

We are in Tellaro, an elite village a few kilometres from Cinque Terre. Exclusive boat-style house with private access to the sea...close to the pedestrian square and the marina of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The space The property is located in the historic center, in a pedestrian area a few meters after the main square of the village along the first staircase of the village. The private entrance, through a wooden gate, leads to the patio in front of the house and the main apartment consisting of a large living room overlooking the sea, dining area with kitchenette with refrigerator and balcony overlooking the cliff. Going up to the first floor, via a flight of wooden stairs, you will find the bathroom with shower, a master bedroom and a single bedroom communicating, both with access to the balcony overlooking the sea. From the private terrace, you go down a flight of stairs and reach the small outbuilding, with the single room with sea view and its bathroom with shower. (ATTENTION! The guest house is only rented from June 1 to September 30). From the guest house, you go down another flight of stairs and reach a second terrace with a relaxation area and a walkway with incredible views and access to the cliff for a refreshing dip. Guest access The house is completely available for guests, both indoor and outdoor. However, it is noted that the terrace may not enjoy complete privacy by being in a village with many houses around and the nearby public street. Access by car to Tellaro centre is allowed only with prior authorization and only for loading/unloading luggage, then the car must be moved to the public parking lots located in the upper part of the village about 800 metres from the house (cost €10.00 per day or €50.00 per week). ALWAYS SEND US PHOTOS or LICENCE PLATE NUMBER OF THE CAR IN ADVANCE Reach Belvedere Rainusso (Heads up! Proceed with caution, narrow road with pedestrians, cars and buses), here a small area for unloading luggage, it is necessary to continue on foot, you walk 150 metres and a short staircase to the house. We recommend non-heavy suitcases and trolleys. Other things to note IMPORTANT: For CASA LA TERRA, final cleaning and linen are to be paid in cash upon arrival at a cost of €100.00 per stay, as well as the tourist tax (€4.00 per day per person - Children under 12 years of age are exempt). In the village you will find many services: Pharmacy, ATM, post office, newspaper stand, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, 2 grocery stores, fruit and vegetables, bakery, boutique with gift/clothing items. The bus service connects Tellaro with Lerici. From Lerici you will find numerous buses to connect you to other destinations: La Spezia, Sarzana, Montemarcello In the summer months, a ferry operates from Tellaro to Lerici and San Terenzo. In the village there are several places to swim, the small port, right in front of the village, with numerous cliffs, also a few minutes walk from the cliff of Trigliano, and finally the beaches of Fiascherino are within walking distance using the carriage road and the typical Ligurian staircases, about 1 km from the village.
