This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time. -Pet fee(s) of $75+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate. -Maximum of two dogs allowed with a combined maximum weight of 50 lbs.. -Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them. -A separate pet waiver must be signed. -Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file. Guest access ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $750 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.) 12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use. 13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental. 14.
