Nearest Boat Launch:  Neighborhood (.3 miles) Nearest Grocery: Piggly Wiggly, Littleton, NC (5.1 miles) Nearest Essentials Store: Dollar General, Littleton, NC (5.1 miles) Nearest Gas Station: Valero, Littleton, NC (5.1 miles) Nearest Marina: Washburns (8 min by boat) or Eaton Ferry Marina (10 min by boat) To get you started... The bathrooms are stocked with courtesy soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use.  Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided. The kitchens are stocked with one roll of paper towels, two trash bags for the kitchen trashcan, trial-size dish soap, two dishwasher pods and 1 sponge.  You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided. A few more tid-bits...  :) 1.  The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse. 2.  Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats.(make sure to bring your bumpers!). 3.  Culverts & Bridges:  Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving! 4. Security Camera Disclosure:  We take your privacy very seriously.  However, this home may be monitored by exterior security cameras.  The cameras do not record sound.  Please let us know if this is an issue with your party for any reason. Guest access We provide keyless entry, so you will not have to meet someone to pick up a key or check in at an office. No Smoking / No Fireworks- Evidence of smoking or fireworks will result immediate eviction. Are parties allowed? Exceeding maximum capacity or large parties will result in immediate eviction. Are linens provided? The Linen Fee is mandatory and will be included in the reservation total. Are early check-ins or late check-outs available? Early check-in is at 1:00 pm. Late check out is at 1pm for an extra fee. What is the cancellation policy? Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. Are linens provided? The Linen Fee is mandatory and will be included in the reservation total.
