There is a 50 inch smart TV to enjoy free Netflix Youtube or local channels from the recliner sofa. Please note: there are no cooking or laundry facilities available (no stove, pots, sink, washing machine, or dryer). If the weather is good and we are home, we can provide a camping table for you to use with your own portable stove outdoors. For safety reasons, using a stove inside the house is not allowed. We've equipped the kitchenette with a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, plates, cups, cutlery and starter supplies of a variety of tea, coffee, breakfast serial, fresh milk, orange juice, jam, butter, etc. There are a few dining options within a 5-minute walk, including a café, bakery, pizza hut, Indian restaurant, and Chinese restaurant. Numerous restaurants are also available within a 5 to 10-minute drive in Silverdale, Orewa and Albany and Uber Eats delivers to the house. Enjoy the discounted winter rates. Guest access A separate private entrance welcomes you to your exclusive retreat. The entire space, comprising a bedroom, attached bathroom, and a living room, is exclusive for the guests. Enjoy the use of the patio area and the exclusive garden in front of the unit too. One parking spot is available in front of the main house, or ample off-street parking can be found on Ahutoetoe Road or Kuinga Street. Please note we may change the position of the furniture or wall art time to time to give a fresh look. Other things to note This unit is attached to the main house, and while we respect your privacy, you might occasionally hear us moving, talking or our son playing in the main house. Milldale is a very kid-friendly area, and you may hear children playing on the streets and sometimes in the main house or garden outside of school hours, especially on warm and sunny days. Please note below for long term stays. **No refilling of breakfast or any other starter supplies would be provided. Nearest dairy is 5 minutes walk away and super market is 5 minutes drive away. **Please enquire and need to discuss and agree how often to provide a change of bed linen and towels. **A comfortable work chair can be provided for longer stays to use with the dining table.
