We just need a photo ID for all guests to clear access at the front desk. Then just enjoy! Other things to note With the well-being and comfort of guests in mind, the studio has an anti-frizz hairdryer; 2 super soft bathrobes, one size L, the other size M; towels. For a third guest, we offer an additional set of towels (bath and face). In addition, there is a steamer, for those who need and/or want to iron clothes quickly and practically. For those who want to wash clothes, there is a laundry service in the building itself. For business travelers, there is a dedicated space for remote work! To make life easier for our guests, we have a brand new air fryer in the space! Our newest acquisition! Super practical for those who want to prepare a tasty and healthy dish or snack without spending a lot and without leaving the apartment! Oh, we also have cable TV! And a hammock! And dominoes! And playing cards!! And books!!! For all tastes!! We even have a tray that can be used in bed! Pretty chic, right?! Soon, we will receive our Nespresso coffee machine, for those who can't give up that hot coffee in the morning! Too cool! For tea lovers, we are already providing a cute kettle! Last but not least! We know your pet is an important family member! So, he or she is very welcome! The building has an appropriate area for the fun of these cuties! Bring your darling! NO ADDITIONAL COST! To keep the space clean and functioning perfectly, we charge (there's no way!) a cleaning fee of 150.00 reais, plus the daily rate. This amount is for the valuable work of our co-host and partner Valdecyr, a hard-working, super high-spirited and good person! For longer stays (we leave it to the guest's discretion), we offer cleaning service, at a unit cost of R$ 150.00, with the right to change the linen (towels and bed linen!).
