Located 10 minutes from the city center and tourist attractions (castle, city, wineries, etc.) The house has 8 bedrooms, 2 en-suites, 7 bathrooms Kitchen/living room with fireplace and TV Swimming pool/Jacuzzi/Barbecue/Gourmet area Playground/Game room (karaoke, ping pong, billiards)/Sound/ allowed: 25 people NOTE: We have surveillance cameras in the outdoor areas (gate, barbecue and game room) and living room. The space All bedrooms have a bed lined with a cover and pillow/mirror/fan. The external suites have a TV. In the living room, we have a TV, fan and fireplace. We have a Bluetooth speaker in the barbecue area. The kitchen has all the basic utensils for cooking. The caretaker goes every morning to clean the pool and change the Jacuzzi water. We have a monitoring and security camera outside (entrance gate, barbecue area and game room), and in the living room.
