The space This is a smaller home it has two bedrooms each with a queen bed. and it has an office. The office has a stand-up executive desk and chair and a lighted vanity in the office for getting ready. The master bedroom (cuddlefish room) has a dresser and a lighted mirror over the dresser, a smart TV and a hanging closet. The front bedroom or the Neptunes cove has a desk and a mirror and a smart TV. The living room has a smart TV and a sofa that pulls out to a full/queen bed, and a fireplace. The dining area has seating for four at a bar height. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, microwave. fridge, plates, bowls, coffee maker, utensils, pots pans, blender etc. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, if you plan to use the washer and dryer you will need to bring your own 'HE' soap and dryer sheets. Guest access Guest will be given the access code the day of checkin and after the cleaners have cleaned the room and sent the "ready" notification. Often times it is earlier than 3:30 but unfortunately I can not guarantee early checkin unless you book the day before. Other things to note The home is smaller, the max capacity is 4 people. There is a $45 charge for pets, I allow 2 dogs under 50lbs each. you must pick up their poop, food etc. If the animal sheds a ton on the furniture there will be an extra $20 charge. if the animal had an accident you will be charged $200 for cleaning and treating the carpets. This is because not all guests like animals or they can be allergic so we have to ensure each stay is clean. Please ensure your dog does not go to the bathroom in the home, crating can help. There is absolutely no smoking on the property allowed, inside. There is a $500 fine for smoking inside the home. The area is a bit eclectic in nature. There are new and older homes. This is more of an elderly area where they sometimes can not keep up with the maintenance of the home. It is very central, close to HEB, 5mi from beach, 10min to downtown, plenty of malls close by and shopping.
