small basic room with en-suite and own entrance

This is a small, basic and compact room attached to the side of the main house. It has storage space under the bed and storage cabinets. it has a private toilet and shower room. it also has its own entrance. it has a lockable door which leads into the main house kitchen and can be shared with up to four other housemates. kitchen is kept generally clean and tidy by all guests and host. because the room is next to the kitchen there is some noise and people sensitive to noise would not be suitable. The space the house is located around 20 minutes bus ride from cardiff city centre. I have had many students stay or people that work near town who do not drive. The house itself has pet cats and birds but they are all contained away from guests. however, just making people who have allergies aware! Guest access guests can use the kitchen which has all amenities. pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, slow cooker, air fryer, oven and hob, fridge (private fridge in room also). washing machine and detergent are also free. Other things to note anyone sensitive to noise should not stay here
