A Private City, Cabin-feel Studio for 1 Person

This studio-for only one person. Is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in the city where Northern Lights can be seen during the months we get darkness. We do recommend researching northern lights strength ahead of time. There are 2 grocery stores, a clothing store, several eating establishments, banks, an outdoor mini mall, a used clothing store , a U-haul rental store, and a bike path. The bus stop is a 15 minute walk away. The airport is a quick 10 minutes drive away. The space This small 200 sq ft city studio, for only 1 person, has a cabin-feel with some indoor log siding that will give you a bit of a feeling of being in a cabin in the woods, even though you will have the conveniences of being in the city. This studio has its own private yard and private entrance. There is a guest designated parking lane in the driveway That can even fit a trailer, so you never have to worry about parking. There is a kitchenette with an air fryer, microwave, toaster, Electric hot water kettle, a Keurig coffee maker. A drip coffee maker is available in the cabinet . There is a clean electric grill outside for cooking meat, fish And other tasty choices. All of these food preparation choices have proven to work very well for food preparation. We have a faux wood stove for ambiance. We also have a comfortable recliner. Our twin size bed has a cozy mattress topper. If you have any special sleep needs please don't hesitate to message us and let us know ahead of time. We are located in a quiet neighborhood, so sitting outside in your private yard during the summer can be quite relaxing. however you do see and hear the occasional airplane flying over. And being out there in the winter has proven to display beautiful northern lights. We are available if you need us, but are fine for those who prefer less interaction. There are a host of Northern Lights tour businesses to choose from as well. Guest access Our guests use the north-side-of-the-house's private studio entrance. You will need to pull up to the orange cone, which will be your designated parking lane, When you're standing and facing the house you walk to the left along the path in front of the house to the white gate. You will then use your chosen door code. Please let us know if you would like a face to face greeting. Although it is a check yourself in kind-of room, we would love to meet you as well. 😊 Other things to note Reminder, this studio only has 1 twin bed. And it is not a very large space. We ask that only one person be in this studio at any given time. We like to let people know this ahead of time and case they need to have visitors which we understand we have been to hotels where we had local family come visit us, but we just want to give you a heads up that this is not the room to meet those needs.
