The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up delicious meals, a dining area, and a comfortable living room, ideal for cozy evenings in. Bathroom includes double sink vanity, garden style bathtub, and seperate single stall shower, accessed through the hallway next to the master bedroom. Mud room entrance - great space to utilize while bringing in luggage. On site laundry area also included. Air conditioning is 2 window units. One located in the master bedroom, and one located in the living room. Kitchen/living room is open concept. It is for wifi access to the keypad lock. Do not unplug. There is a single stall shower in the bathroom. Air conditioning is window unit in living room, and master bedroom, not central. Fans in each room. Spring/Fall the furnace/ac will be off. You may turn it on as needed and upon arrival. 3 total TV's. Living room, king bedroom, queen bedroom. Master bedroom closet is utility area for water heater and well pump. King size air mattress if needed. Please let us know before checking in, as it is not kept on the property. Guests under 18 are not permitted to be left on the property without an adult present. Max guests is 7. Any unregistered guests staying on the property without prior authorization will result in extra guests fees and/or non refundable cancelation.
