The apartment features 3 comfortable main bedrooms, all with air conditioning and ocean views, plus a balcony with stunning sunsets. As an added value, the apartment also offers a service room with a private bathroom (available upon prior request), ideal for a nanny or as an extra bed, which is explained in more detail below. 🛏 Bedrooms • Primary bedroom (max. 2 guests): queen-size bed, ocean view with direct access to the balcony, electric blackout curtains, TV, air conditioning, closet with hangers, and a private bathroom. • Bedroom 2 (max. 3 guests): one full-size bed and one twin-size bed, ocean view, air conditioning, curtains, and closet with hangers. • Bedroom 3 (max. 3 guests): one full-size bed and one twin-size bed, ocean view, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and closet with hangers. • Shared bathroom: bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom. 🧺 Service room (available upon prior request) The apartment includes a service room with a private bathroom, located within the laundry area. This room is not included in the standard guest capacity of the listing, but it can be made available if you are traveling with a nanny, support staff, or need an extra bed. It features one twin-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a private bathroom. The room shares space with the laundry area. 🍳 Kitchen, living room & dining area The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a coffee maker, dishes, glassware, blender, food chopper, and complete utensils. We also provide basic items such as coffee, salt, and rice. The living room and dining area, both with ocean views, include a dining table for 6 guests (plus 4 additional seats at the kitchen counter), a large sofa, a big TV, and air conditioning throughout. 🌅 Balcony Accessible from the living room, offering an open ocean view—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. 🏊‍♂️ Amenities Swimming pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area (jacuzzi and BBQ require prior reservation at the front desk), gym, and a game room with pool table and board games. 🏖 Private beach Located just a 3-minute walk away, with exclusive access for residents only.
