Disclaimer : Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property, including common areas, during their stay. The host is not liable for such damages. 1️⃣ Cleanliness: A. We do not charge a cleaning fee; however, please wash all dishes. Unwashed dishes will incur a PHP 500.00 cleaning fee. B. NO GARBAGE and FOODLEFT INSIDE THE UNIT and place them in the designated area at tge Lower Ground Floor (LG) near the exit guard. Failure to do so will result in a PHP 300.00 pest control fee. 2️⃣. Cooking Due to a recent unfortunate incident involving one of our guests, we've made the decision to prohibit cooking in all of our Airbnb units. Guests may bring their own food, EXCEPT any kind of fish, tuyo, daing, dried pusit and shrimp. Violators will be penalized to PHp 5,000.00 The use of the microwave is allowed for reheating only. We provide a water heater r with complimentary coffee and tea. 3️⃣. Occupancy and Conduct: A. The unit accommodates a maximum of two (2) registered guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. B. The slippers provided are strictly for indoor use only. Do not use them outside the unit, especially at the pool. ❌️ Strictly prohibited: Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and pets. Violators will be charged PHP 15,000.00 and automatically banned. ❌️ 4️⃣. Bed Linens: Please treat the bed linens with care to avoid stains. Staining will incur an additional/ cleaning charge. 5️⃣. Appliance Use: Only the provided appliances may be used. Using unauthorized appliances violates building regulations and may cause electrical issues. Violators will be banned and fined PHP 15,000.00. 6️⃣. Check-out: Late check-out after the designated time will incur a PHP 500.00 fee per hour unless coordinated and approved by the host.
