Freshwater Place… a premium residential building in Southbank, Melbourne! These are two identical 3-bedroom Apartments on floors 17 and 20. Its centralised location makes these apartments a top pick for travellers, as we are right next to Casino and Convention Centre, and beautiful Southbank riverside precinct. Both large-size apartments are equipped with all modern amenities to make your stay memorable. - 4 of the 6 bedrooms have Smart TVs - 4 bathrooms - Free high-speed internet Wi-Fi The space These luxurious apartments have been designed to capture spectacular views across the Melbourne city skyline. It features floor to ceiling glazing allows plenty of natural light into the central living spaces and bedrooms... and are finished in the highest quality fixtures and fittings. Each apartment comprises of a master bedroom with en-suite, and second and third bedrooms with a split-king bed, giving you various bedding options. Apartment 1: (Level 17) Bedroom 1 – 1 Queen Bedroom 2 – 1 King or 2 Singles Bedroom 3 – 1 King or 2 Singles Apartment 2: (Level 20) Bedroom 1 – 1 King Bedroom 2 – 1 King or 2 Singles Bedroom 3 – 1 King or 2 Singles ** Rollaway bed (as shown in picture), for 13 and 14th guest. ** Luxury Hotel standard Linen that is professionally laundered for every new guest. Your booking also comes with 2 car-parking spaces. We can arrange 2 additional car spaces for an extra cost. Guest access The apartments are self-service and self-contained. The kitchens are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, microwave, oven, dishwasher. Other amenities in the apartment include - washing machine, dryer, iron and board, high quality bed linen, towels, toiletries, etc. Other things to note EARLY CHECK IN: We always appreciate a guests position when arriving early and having to hang around for check in at 2pm. Whilst we always try and help with early check-ins, we cannot always guarantee this. The charge for early check-in is $40 per hour before 2pm (maximum will be $80, depending on availability). Please keep in mind that the previous guest checkout time is 10am and then cleaners need to prepare the apartment for you. Note: There is a bag drop service at the key collection point around the corner. We would really appreciate it to be mentioned in the review as we go extra length to make all the arrangements, to align it for you. :-) SPLIT BEDS: We are always happy to help our guests with specific bedding requests. One of the things makes our company a standout is the flexible bedding options we offer in all our apartments. We have a standard setup which is stated in the welcome message. If you need more split single beds, the additional charge is - $20 for each King bed to be split as 2 singles (the reason for up -charges are extra linen stock and labour cost for cleaners to prepare the beds). Please note that we need to know ahead of time to prepare this for your stay. We understand things change right up to arrival date, but we have a 72-hour threshold to guarantee requests for specific set up requirements. We always try and help where we can, but we are not a hotel with in-house cleaning staff. The housekeepers come to all these residential buildings as an independent visit, so we need to be prepared.
