The apartment is secure and spacious and has access to a rooftop pool surrounded by sun loungers. This accommodation suits business travellers and families. Parties are prohibited. Electricity and water shortages may apply. The space ACCOMMODATION The apartment is self-catering with a spacious lounge and a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has an open plan en-suite bathroom and a king size extra-length bed. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which has two 3/4 beds. The lounge and kitchen are open plan with sliding doors onto the balcony which has an outdoor seating area with a gas braai. Please ensure you enter the correct number of guests as this will affect the daily rate. The apartment is serviced daily excepting on Sundays and public holidays. The service involves a basic clean and making of beds. We provide one set of fresh towels on check-in and provide washing facilities thereafter for your personal use. There is Netflix but no DSTV. Please note due to the current shortage of electricity in SA you may experience intermittent power outages (load shedding) Parties, loud noise and smoking are prohibited in this apartment and will result in the cancellation of your stay.
