The space Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, plus a desk in case you need to get some work done. The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster, stovetop, and all the essential kitchenware. The cozy bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning. Outside, you can enjoy the terrace, a shared pool, BBQ, and washing machine. In short: everything you need for a perfect holiday! Other things to note A few days before arrival, we will send you a payment request. This amount must be paid no later than the day before your arrival. It covers: ✔ Water and electricity – €5 per person per night ✔ Tourist tax (OB) – 7% ✔ Any interim cleaning for longer stays – €60 Water and electricity are valuable resources on Curaçao. We kindly ask you to use them responsibly. Please switch on the air conditioning and other appliances only when you are at home. Staying longer? For longer stays, we schedule a mandatory interim cleaning to keep everything fresh and tidy: ✔ Stays longer than 10 days: day 5 ✔ Stays longer than 12 days: day 6 ✔ Stays longer than 14 days: day 7 ✔ Then every 7 days thereafter The interim cleaning includes: ✔ Cleaning of the apartment (including floors) ✔ Fresh bed linen and towels Cost: €60 per cleaning
