Other things to note ** HOUSE RULES ** These rules are listed to ensure you have an awesome stay while also respecting the building/property owner's rules and not disturbing your fellow neighbors. I wouldn’t want to pass on any additional costs to you, so please take a quick moment to make sure these rules are ones that you can follow. ➤ NO SMOKING: If our cleaner reports that the unit smells like smoke, you will be charged $500. An ozone treatment will be necessary to remove the smell. ➤BAREFOOT HOME: To keep the property clean, no shoes are allowed inside. ➤NO PARTY / GATHERING: A $1000 penalty will be imposed for any unauthorized parties on the property. In addition, your reservation will be cancelled without a refund. ➤ QUIET HOURS: 10PM to 8AM. You will receive one warning if we are notified of excessive noise, then will be fined $250 and/or asked to leave the property without a refund if we must warn you again. ➤ UNDISCLOSED PERSON: There will be a charge of $50 per night for any undisclosed person that is not included in the reservation count. ➤ UNDISCLOSED PETS: There will be a charge of $500 for any undisclosed pet. ➤ TAMPERING OF SECURITY DEVICES: You agree not to tamper with or disable the camera during your stay. If we notice that the camera was moved or disabled, you and your guests will be fined $500 and/or asked to leave immediately without a refund and are responsible to pay for any damage done to the device. This applies to any smoke detectors, carbon monoxide fixtures, or noise monitoring devices. I get alerts to my phone the moment something is touched. ➤ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Subject to availability. There is a small fee of $50 per hour if you would like to have an early check-in or check-out. UNAUTHORIZED early check-in or check-out will result in a fee of $100 per hour. ➤Service Providers Reminder 🙂 We truly appreciate your help in keeping the property clean and well cared for. To maintain everything in great condition, we have professional service providers who visit the property regularly. Please note that their schedules are not fixed and may vary depending on availability: ➤Pool & Hot Tub Cleaning (if available): once or twice per week ➤ Landscaping: bi-weekly These visits are simply part of keeping the property clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone—not an invasion of your privacy. We always do our best to keep you informed ahead of time whenever possible. By booking, you acknowledge that maintenance visits may occur during your stay.
