Welcome to our waterfront chalet, situated on a peaceful wooded lot overlooking a canal that leads out to the Deschutes River, just a 2 min paddle away. Whether you're seeking a relaxing getaway, fishing, biking, hiking, off-roading, or snow activities, this chalet offers everything you need, including a hot tub and complementary kayaks & canoes. Conveniently located, we're 10 min from Sunriver, 25 min to Bend, and 30 min to Mt. Bachelor. Your perfect adventure awaits! IG @threeriverschalet The space The chalet features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an open concept living space and kitchen. The primary bedroom and bathroom are located in the upstairs loft with the other two bedrooms and bathroom located on the first floor. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, including outdoor deck and fenced yard spaces. Private access to the canal is available through the backyard in addition to the neighborhood marina. Other things to note Please note that the Deschutes River is fed by a resevoir, which is dammed off from November - May (irrigation season). As a result, the canal on our property drains during those months & kayaks/canoes are not available for use. The canal is typically full again by end of May. However, guests have access to the private marina only 2 streets away, which has river access year round (parking pass to the marina is provided). This is NOT a party house. This is our family’s vacation home. If you’re looking for a party house, keep scrolling. Excessive cleaning will result in additional cleaning fees. Outdoor open flame fires (campfires) are strongly prohibited due to central Oregon wildfire danger. Our neighborhood follows the Deschutes County dark sky ordinance. Outdoor lighting is minimal around the home and neighborhood, which allows for fantastic star gazing! Please be prepared to use your phone’s flashlight to navigate to the entrance of the home if arriving after sunset. During winter months we have a snow removal service that will plow driveway and shovel walkways. Amazon does not deliver to our address directly. Please arrange to pickup Amazon packages at a pickup point. We do not provide a key to our personal mailbox.
