Guest access - Guests can use the entire apartment, indoor and outdoor swimming pools (for a fee), children's playground (use resident card to open the door). - In case of using the spare items in the apartment without the permission of the host, the customer will have to pay an extra fee according to the notice of the host. - Guests can use the full apartment, swimming pools, playground for children. - In case of using the extra amenities in the apartment without being allowed from the Host, Guests must pay an extra fee. Other things to note Free use of the swimming pool is only for residents/customers with a resident card in their name. For short-stay guests who are not issued a resident card, when using the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, they must pay the fee according to the fee schedule listed by the Building Management Board and buy tickets at the reception desk on the 1st floor. The swimming pools are not free for short-stay guests without having the resident cards in their names. Swimming pool fee is VND 100,000/person/each time using swimming pool. Guests can buy swimming tickets at the 1st floor reception counter.
