It's a comfortable and cozy space to enjoy as a family. It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom and a TV; the second bedroom has a queen-size bed; and the third bedroom is in the loft with a double bed and a view of the sky and the garden. A full bathroom in the hallway, a cozy living room with a TV, and a dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the amenities needed. It is on a second floor and shares a beautiful garden and the parking area. Plus, pets are welcome! The space La Región is a complex of 8 apartments, each with a different style. All have a view of the beautiful garden where you can appreciate the flora and fauna that surrounds us from the comfort of the lounge chairs, benches, and table with chairs. It's such a unique space with a great vibe, energy, and quiet. Located two blocks from the Guadalupe Tourist Walkway! You will feel calm, safe, comfortable and confident, as well as at home! Guest access In the apartment, you will have your own private space. You will only share the garden with other guests. Other things to note We have laundry, cleaning and printing services available at an extra cost. As well as some food, personal hygiene and cleaning products (ask for prices).
