In Nosara's South Guiones beach, Ansui House is a quiet, safe home in a gated community, surrounded by nature. Each of our four ensuite bedrooms face the ocean. Gather your favorite humans in our fully equipped kitchen and common space, dip in our saltwater infinity pool with ocean views, create or write at quiet workspaces, immerse yourself in deep peace. Tide pools are five minutes by car, surf break is eight minutes, great grocery and local restaurants within five minutes of Ansui House. The space This home sleeps up to 10 people. With four ocean view bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, patio terrace and robust wifi connection. The corner primary king bedroom (“Amethyst”) has a full ocean view, a larger desk at which two people can work, a closet with hanging space, shelf space and drawers. This is one of two bedrooms with Bluetooth ceiling speakers. With the largest bathroom in the house, this room also has an oversized soaking tub for two, a private outdoor garden for post-shower or post-tub, a double sink and yummy robes for two. On the corner of the property, this room is the most private, surrounded by trees and plantings. The queen bedroom (“Rose”) has a full ocean view, its own ensuite bathroom with shower, a queen bed that can become two twin beds, a private patio and space for practice or movement, a closet with hanging, shelf and drawer space, plus a desk and a dedicated shelf for your carry-on suitcase. The third queen bedroom (“Emerald”) has a full ocean view, its own ensuite bathroom with shower, a queen bed that can become two twin beds, a private patio and space for practice or movement, a closet with hanging, shelf and drawer space, a desk and a dedicated shelf for your carry-on suitcase. On the second floor, the fourth queen bedroom (“Quartz”) has a full ocean view, its own ensuite bathroom with shower, a queen murphy bed, Bluetooth ceiling speakers, ample practice space for movement or treatment. The closet has space for hanging clothes, shelves and drawer space. Walking up the stairs to the second floor, you'll be welcomed to the dining room with a handmade table and seating for ten, living room with Smart TV and expansive outdoor patios with full ocean views, all equipped with Bluetooth ceiling audio. On the patio you'll find a fully-equipped BBQ with utensils, slate plates, table and chairs for three with an umbrella, chaise lounges for two. The saltwater infinity pool looks out over the ocean; perfect for short laps and relaxing soaks. With maximum occupancy of ten upon request, our home accommodates extended family, multi-family, soul family, private retreats and special occasions with ease. Guest access You may access all areas except the owner’s closet in the primary bedroom, half of the storage in the garage, any mechanical areas and the locked owner's drawer in the kitchen. Other things to note Expect a bowl of local fruits to welcome you. Ansui House includes daily housekeeping between 8am to 5pm to tend to floors and surfaces. Your bedding will be washed once (midweek) during your stay, and if you need your bedding washed sooner, feel free to let us know. Our aim is to use the machines as little as possible. Laundry Notes: Laundry is available to do on your own, according to Ansui House protocol, as detailed below: 1. Please hang suits, towels and other items on the bamboo ladder in your bathroom when wet. Once dry, feel free to place in your laundry basket to be washed. 2. Each room has a laundry basket; the laundry fee upon request is $25 per load. Whatever you place in that canvas bag will be washed and dried on a normal cycle, so please don’t place delicates or hand washables in the basket. 3. NOTE: Ansui House is not responsible for damages incurred during washing and drying. Again, anything placed in your bedroom basket will be washed and dried on a normal cycle. 4. Please separate lights and darks when possible. Pool On Mondays, our pool maintenance staff will clean between 10am and 1pm. This will take approximately 15 minutes. Gardens Gardening services happen twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 8am to 4pm. Our gardeners work primarily in the outer gardens with no noisy machinery, then as needed and when convenient, they'll work on the interior garden as well.
