2-bedroom house near the highway and business areas

Located in the heart of the Lille-Béthune-Arras triangle, our house has a great location, in close proximity to all amenities. Within a 4-minute walk, you will find a bakery, a butcher shop, a farm, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a post office and a tabac. Less than a 5-minute drive away, enjoy a walk in the heart of nature at Parc Marcel Cabiddu and discover the Le Relais Bien-Être restaurant, which offers a pleasant view of the lake. The space Welcome to Jennifer and Maël's home We are happy to open the doors of our cozy home to you, hoping that you will feel as comfortable there as we do. Completely renovated in 2021, we have furnished this house so that it suits us (almost) perfectly. It reflects us, tells our story, and we are very attached to it. This house was not originally designed for rental. I work abroad, and we come back regularly because Maël goes to school in the area. When we are away, we are happy to open the doors of our cozy home to you for a few nights. In return, we simply ask that you take care of it as if it were your own. Everything in the house is available for your reasonable and respectful use. Make yourself at home… but remember that you are also a little bit at our place! 😁 Guest access The outdoors Like the house, the outdoors continue to evolve! The courtyard remains accessible, but it is not yet landscaped. We hope to be able to give it the same care as the rest of the house soon. Other things to note Access and transportation La Bassée train station is only 8 minutes away, offering an excellent connection for your trips. From the station, you can easily reach: Lille in 20 minutes Béthune in 10 minutes The location of the accommodation thus allows you to get around the region quickly, whether for work or leisure.
